Last Day of 2012

#ootd in Genting! 

Hi, I have been away for quite sometimes, sorry guys! I have the urge to blog on the last day of 2012, reminiscing about what I have done throughout 2012. 2012 has been a relatively good year to me, I learnt something new and achieved almost everything on my wishlist! I'm quite proud of myself :D

Browsed through all my pictures in 2012 and found that I have given so many 'first times' to 2012! Overall, my 2012 is about work, study, play and most importantly, FOOD! Tried so many yummy food this year, and I had gained 3kg #fml WHY MUST THIS HAPPEN TO ME! Time to head to gym in 2013 :D

So I have given my first times to:

#1  Parasailing
Tried this in Pattaya, I was so indecisive initially, I wanted to try but I was too scared, this is a lil too chi kek for me! My aunts and uncles encouraged me to try it, and I overcome my fear and tried it! It was soooo fun and I wanted to try again!

#2 Feeding a tiger cub

This was in Pattaya as well, I have given so many first times to Pattaya lol! This was my first time feeding a tiger cub, this lil fella just couldn't sit still and let us feed him -.- It was a relatively good experience anyway! 

#3 Internship 
It was a painful experience that I wouldn't want to recall :( Been working there for more than 3 months and honestly, I learnt a lot of things from my seniors and colleagues. But, why would I say it was a painful experience? There is a senior who is so full of herself and scolded me nearly everyday, sometimes with no reason #fml I curse you to death man! I revenged and everyone in the office boycotted her, she should learn how to respect people, not just to me, but to everyone! Besides the stupid senior, I actually have very nice and friendly colleagues and bosses to work with! :D

#4 Trip with Uni-mates! 

We went to Singapore before some of my friends flew to UK for studies. It was the most unforgettable trip I have ever had! It was a very simple trip, but I really enjoyed the four days trip with them! We should plan another, shouldn't we? Any suggestions? Krabi/Bali/Phuket? I'm still considering.. and where can I get cheap villas in Bali? 

I miss them so much D:

#5 Cousin's Wedding

It was my first time attending a wedding in other state. We went down to Batu Pahat to attend my cousin sister's wedding, I remember I haven't finish blogging the last part of the wedding :( Pls forgive me! :( The wedding actually helped me and relatives to grow stronger bonds with each other, because we stayed under one roof for about 3 days, we gambled and did everything together :D 

#6 Christmas Dinner

It was my first time cooking dinner for my family members, I actually started planning for this a month before Christmas with sister and everything turned out good, but one dish failed :( I couldn't make the taroballs :'( I will try it again next time, maybe during CNY? I hope I have time for that! So we had a very filling dinner- wine, salad, pan-fried chicken, spaghetti and red beans soup, as a way to celebrate Christmas!

Of Wedding, Food and Relative 2

Hi people, I would like to wish all of you Happy Deepavali before I proceed, do visit your Indian friends for some lamb curry and muruku! Okay let's continue, this's a super overdue post, I promised to blog as often as possible, but I kind of lost my inspiration to blog :( So sorry guys, pls forgive me :) 

So, the next morning, I woke up super early to get ready for the wedding ceremony, I think I was the first person to wake up among all my cousins =.= You know, girls take very long time to dress up and make up, so that explains why I woke up so early lol

After done with the preparations, time to take picture with the bride, my pretty cousin sister woots! 

All the 'ji muis'! We were supposed to dress in pink, but white looked good too right? (Y)

The bridegroom is heree! 

The bridegroom told us, he was going to bring 2 'heng dais' only, but on the actual day, he brought about 6 'heng dais' =.= Our games turned out to be too easy for them lol

First game- to pick which plate of chips to eat and if he's lucky enough to pick the salty one, he has to finish all! 

Okay, they picked the salty one, so lucky right! But, this is really too easy for them, they even told us the chips taste nice lol 

Second game- To pick up the coins from the water with the amount we wanted, each of them has only one chance to take the coins from the water and its has to be the amount we wanted haha! It's abit tricky hehe 

This is a must-have game right? One heng dai will have to finish the whole apple without using his hands! Others can carry or piggyback him or whatever!

The next game- it's confession time! He has to explain what he's drawing to the bride and sing her a song :) So sweet right?

After the tea ceremony, we headed to the bridegroom's house to meet the bridegroom's side relatives and buffet lunch :)

Of Wedding, Food and Relatives

Hello lovelies, I know this is a very belated post, I just had the time to blog about it now :( I have been abandoning my blog for more than 2 weeks, ohmygod! So sorry for the waiting guys :(  

Okay back to the topic, I went down to Batu Pahat with family to attend my cousin's sister's wedding last two weeks. She is a very close cousin of mine, she always brings me and my sisters for food and sometimes, for movies :) Thanks for treating us like ur own sisters :) We love you!

We set off at about 2.30pm, I skipped one lecture on that day *grins* Oh, this was my first time going to Batu Pahat as well, I was soo excited that day!

It took us about 3 hours ++ to reach Batu Pahat! I tried my best to sleep on bus, but I just couldn't sleep :( So the best idea is to watch Running Man to kill time (Y)

We reached there earlier than we expected. LOL that means we were too early for the buffet party HAHA! We were the first to reach for the party -.-

There was even a karaoke session for you :D  Some random aunties were entertaining us on stage while we were busy eating!
